The Medical Staff Engagement Committee (MSEC) recently hosted our medical staff engagement survey vendor, Integrated Healthcare Strategies, for two days of survey results presentations. Thank you to everyone who attended: Medical staff, the board, ELC, section chiefs and service line/department directors. Integrated prepared an executive overview comparing our results to last year’s and to benchmarked national norms. They provided us with a picture of our strengths and weaknesses and where we can focus our efforts to improve physician engagement.
This information will be used to direct our 2017-2018 Physician Engagement A3 strategy work as well as map Physician Engagement 5-Year Plan. Physician leaders, ELC and the board are committed to focusing on the areas that matter most to you.
