On May 31 you will receive in your inbox an email from Gallagher Integrated (aka: survey.coordinator@IHStrategies.com) asking for your participation in the medical staff engagementsurvey.
This survey will help us to capture your thoughts and make strategic decisions for the future. This is the second year we have conducted a survey, and will help us track how we have improved and where we need to focus our energies. Gallagher Integrated will benchmark our responses so we can see how we are doing locally, AND compared to our peers nationally.
Questions will cover topics such as engagement, leadership, staffing, resources, services and more.
Please, when you see the email, take a few minutes, click the survey link and complete it. It is essential for you to be heard and for us to see how we are doing as we work to improve engagement and satisfaction.
All individual responses are confidential. Your opinions are important to future planning, patient care, and in creating a desirable medical community for us to work.
