Program Objectives: 

Participants will:
1) Identify the palliative care patient.
2) Recognize how palliative care benefits the patient.
3) Recognize how palliative care benefit the health system.

Target audience:

Primary Care, Oncology, Palliative Medicine, and other interested medical professionals.

The Salem Health is accredited by the Oregon Medical Association to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.
