Dr. Boles has often provided helping hands in the PACU. For example, there are times when he has stepped in to take care of patients until a nurse was available. One day, he was found caring for two PACU patients. He gave a great handoff report, then proceeded to gather gowns and blankets for the patients and stand by until patients were settled and no other assistance was necessary. He was also very kind (as he always is) during this interaction to the patients asked, "Are you OK if I go?" before leaving. He was extremely patient and gracious while waiting for RN coverage.
