Starting Nov. 15, the look and feel of the Epic Remote login and launch page, as well as the Employee Remote Login page, will change. These tools will function as they always have, but the menus will be configured differently.
When the time comes, you’ll be prompted to update your plug-ins before using remote access again. The plug-ins and instructions vary depending on which Internet browser you use. This tip sheet <<LINK>> has detailed instructions for the different browsers.
