The laboratory is updating our test requisitions for external clients who routinely order urine tests. The following urine tests are now available to order for clients who have urine tests listed on their test requisitions:
If ordering both tests, please mark both tests on the requisition. The option to write in other urine testing that is needed will remain available on the requisition. Please refer to Salem Health’s test menu for available tests and codes.
For clients who use Epic or have an electronic ordering interface with the lab, the codes listed after the tests in the parenthesis above may be used to order the needed tests.
