Salem Health now offers three urine drug screen panels, and UDS 6 is no longer available. Please note:

  • All three include the nine drug classes available at Salem Health.
  • Pricing remains the same regardless of the number of drug classes.
  • This includes urine creatinine level to assess concentration of the urine.
  • Specimens with lower creatinine concentration may contain drugs below the detection limit or may be a substituted specimen.

For compliance testing, we recommend quantitative testing for the specific drug as it is more sensitive and specific than an immunoassay screen. This testing is available through our reference lab, ARUP. Pain Management testing is also available through ARUP.

Call or visit our test directory online for more information.
