The Bylaws and Medical Executive Committees have thoroughly reviewed the Organization and Functions Manual, which is a sub-document of the Medical Staff Bylaws. It was last updated in 2005.

As part of the approval process, this old document is posted here with track changes from the MEC and Bylaws committee for 14 days for medical staff input. Please email your questions, concerns and feedback to Kelly Aebi, director of medical staff services, no later than Sunday, July 16.

All feedback from the medical staff will be reviewed at an upcoming Medical Executive Committee meeting to determine if further revisions need to be made or if the proposal can move forward to the Board of Trustees for final approval and implementation.
