Also, as of Dec. 1, Salem Health Laboratories will no longer place courtesy calls about positive COVID-19 results. At the beginning of the pandemic, calls were made for each positive COVID-19 result. After auditing and consulting with key stakeholders across our hospitals and community clinics, we determined that individual phone calls for positive COVID-19 results are no longer necessary.
