Imprivata down for maintenance April 26

Workarounds available; downtime 3:30 to 4:30 a.m.

From 3:30 to 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 26, Imprivata (single sign on) will be unavailable due to maintenance work.

What will be affected during downtime:

  • When you badge into an SH computer, you will also need to enter your password.
  • Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances (EPCS) through Epic will not be available.
  • Remote employee and Epic remote log-in will not be available. This does not affect users remotely connected to the Salem Health network via the Pulse Secure VPN.

Workarounds available during downtime:

  • If you need to log in remotely, please log in before 3:30 a.m. Remote log in attempts after 3:30 a.m. will not be connected.
  • Print and sign controlled substance prescriptions from Epic between 3:30 and 4:30 a.m.
  • Use mobile access to Epic via Haiku and Canto.
