Starting Friday, Aug. 1, you will no longer be prompted to use the CareSelect clinical decision support tool when ordering imaging studies. 

This tool was originally added to help providers comply with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements. CMS required us to demonstrate that ordering providers had an electronic support tool to help select the optimal imaging study — but recently paused this requirement due to the complex technological challenges.
