New insurance prompts for SH Pharmacy begin Feb. 13

Starting Thursday, Feb. 13, Epic will prompt for review when it detects an e-prescription will route to the Salem Health outpatient pharmacy, but the patient’s insurance plan is not accepted at our outpatient pharmacy.

What this means for you:

When you encounter the following alert, please attempt to review with the patient their preferred pharmacy to ensure their prescriptions are routed appropriately and not delayed.
