Its a delight to work with Heidi during night shifts. She is extremely reliable on all patient care matters and on two occasions, rightly involved ICU for ED admission requests that were then accepted to the ICU. Her patient evaluation and management plans are very thorough. Her documentation is outstanding and above all she maintains good spirit even in tough night shifts that make the workload seem lighter.
