Learn how to update your contact preferences

Since October, Information Services (IS) has received reports of providers not receiving calls or text messages from our Salem Health system. We’ve confirmed there are no issues from our end and believe this is an issue on the cellular service provider's end that is marking messages and calls from our system as spam.
