Behind the scenes efficiency to route your calls

Information Services has been working behind the scenes to get your calls to the Switchboard more quickly!

If you are dialing from an in-house phone, dial “0” to get you to the internal phone queue; it will also prioritize the call to reach the operators before external calls. Dialing x1-5200 or the full 503-561-5200 from an in-house phone will not place you in the prioritized internal queue; your call will be placed in the external queue.

If you are dialing from outside of the hospital or associated areas, use the number 503-561-5200. Select Option 3 for “If you are a provider or staff member” and your call will be prioritized accordingly.
