Jill Fulkerson, RN, BSN, MBA-HCM, joins Salem Health on Dec. 12 as nursing director for emergency services. Jill has an impressive leadership history in both emergency and inpatient acute care services. She earned her MBA-HCM from Florida Institute of Technology in 2012.
Jill has successful experience in Lean methods to improve process and care. She comes from West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell, Idaho, where she was director for Inpatient Services last year. For five years before that she was emergency department director at the MultiCare Health System at Tacoma General.
Zennia Ceniza will work with Jill to ensure a smooth transition. Zennia’s oversight as interim improved teamwork and patient-centered care. Please thank her for her tremendous contributions.
