Dr. Bilstrom went above and beyond to assess a patient, coming to the NTCU in the middle of the night when multiple nursing staff became concerned for a patients change in condition. He also went beyond expectations afterwards, when debriefing nursing staff to see if there was anything else he could have done better or to improve the situation.
