Dr. Bilstrom went above and beyond to assess a patient, coming to the NTCU in the middle of the night when multiple nursing staff became concerned for a patient's change in condition. He also went beyond expectations afterwards, when debriefing nursing staff to see if there was anything else he could have done better or to improve the situation.
