Last minute training needs
There are tip sheets and training materials available through the Epic Dashboards, or on the Intranet Epic site under Epic 2015 Upgrade. The overview training is also available through HealthStream (but not required).
Command center information
Epic, Document Imaging, and the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) will be offline from 1 to 5 a.m. on June 14. We will be officially live on Epic version 2015 by 5 a.m. on June 14. The command center will run 24/7 until operations are stable. There will be at-the-elbow support and super users on the floor.

Document Imaging workflow change
If you access historical documents through Epic that are housed in Document Imaging (DI), a workflow change began June 2. In the past you might have clicked on a document (uploaded before July 14, 2014) and been led to a login screen. You will now be greeted with a tip sheet that explains how to access this document in the new workflow. You can view this tip sheet in advance if you want some extra familiarity. Additionally, HIM continues to hold copies of historical documents, so placing a request is always an option.
Reporting delay
If you receive scheduled reports on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, there will be a delay during the Epic go-live. Tuesday and Wednesday reports will be delivered Thursday, June 16.
