Epic downtime Aug. 14 as version 24.2 goes live

Some customizations down Aug. 12 to 14, training available

Epic 24.2 goes live on Wednesday, Aug. 14. Here is what you need to know: 

• There will be downtime from 2 to 4 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, while changes are applied to the system.
• Between Monday to Wednesday, Aug. 12 to 14, you may not be able to customize certain aspects of your workflow, such as filters in Chart Review and work lists or editing smart lists.
• Epic reports and Slicer Dicer will be unavailable starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, for up to 24 hours.  
• Training is available. Please see the Epic SharePoint site more information. 
• A command center will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, for issue resolution during go-live.
