Thank you for your patience and assistance reporting issues as we went live with Epic Community Connect at Salem Clinic.
Salem Clinic is now operating at full capacity using Epic workflows. They put in a heroic effort during the go-live weeks and we are receiving reports that things are starting to go smoothly. We received some notifications throughout go-live that Salem Health providers experienced some issues related to changes brought about with Community Connect. We believe that these have all been sorted out, but please call the Solution Center at 503-561-4357 if you notice any missing or incorrect things in Epic.
