The upgrade to Epic 22.5 in November is underway – here’s the schedule:
Oct. 23: Training materials will be available on the Epic SharePoint site (mostly tip sheets).
Please encourage your teams to access the Epic SharePoint site to review the documents over the next few weeks. If you have any training questions, please contact our training program lead Richard Harwell.
Nov. 16: Go-live (Epic downtime scheduled from 2 to 4 a.m.)
Reminder: On Nov. 16, the Business Intelligence team will be retiring Epic reports that have not been accessed or run in 15 months or longer as part of our ongoing data integrity work to ensure that all information housed in Epic is accurate and utilized. The scope of the archiving efforts include removing reports in Epic that have not been viewed in the last 15 months to help maintain an up-to-date analytics catalog. If you find that a report is missing or have any questions, please contact the Solution Center and submit a ticket for the Business Intelligence team.
