We offer a streamlined option for providers to access Epic’s mobile apps — Haiku (iPhone and Android phones) and Canto (iPads). This method does not require you to install the Intelligent HUB MDM (mobile device management) on your personal device. Simply call the Help Desk (4-EPIC) to start the process. The IS team will then email you with instructions.
You also still have the option to self-enroll using MDM for iOS or Android devices. Additional benefits with the MDM option include auto-login of your personal device onto the MDM WiFi network when you are at Salem Health facilities and the Boxer app for Salem Health email.
