Deni Hoover, chief surgical services officer, is leaving Salem Health on Aug. 2. She’s been with Salem Health since 2004, serving in Human Resources, the Ortho/Neuro/Rehabilitation service lines, and Surgical Services.
During her tenure here, Deni was instrumental in the addition of Building M and the Salem Outpatient Surgery Center as well as championing the concept of the Let’s All Play Place. She would like to share her immense gratitude to the people of Salem Health over the years for the friendship and partnership to serve the people of our community. She is proud to have been a part of the teams who have worked so hard to improve care for so many in countless ways.
She will join the local Kaiser Permanente team and is looking forward to continuing to support our community’s wellness through a different model of outpatient care.
We wish Deni the very best in this new chapter. Matt Boles, MD, executive vice president of surgical services and medical affairs, will assume executive leadership of the Surgical and Ortho/Neuro/Rehab divisions.
