David Tate, MD - Excellence Above & Beyond
Dr. Tate never ceases to amaze me. He is such a team player, contacting each of his nurses caring for his patients and asking for their opinions on how the patient is doing. About a week ago, I had to page him about one of his patients, no less than five times because the patient was unstable enough that I needed new orders each time. Not once did he become impatient with me or frustrated. He simply stated that she was a difficult patient medically and thanked me for my help and observations. I admire what an amazing doctor and team player he is.
