Salem Health is undertaking our bi-annual survey to gather and analyze information from the medical staff about practice characteristics, as well as perceptions of physicians in our community. This survey will assist us in making strategic decisions regarding staffing, recruitment and retention, service line development and community recruitment support.
To accomplish this confidential work, Salem Health has engaged ECG Management Consultants to develop and distribute the survey and assist with compiling the final assessment from the incoming data. The engagement of a third party expert allows Salem Health to assure each survey participant of response confidentiality.
Please watch for both a hard-copy survey that is scheduled to be mailed on Oct. 6 as well as an electronic survey that will be emailed to your email of record on Oct. 10. As part of the confidential process, neither the written or electronic survey is available from Salem Health.
ECG will tabulate responses and report only the aggregate results of the survey to Salem Health. We expect to be able to offer a summary of those results to our community partners in early 2018.
