In September, Salem Health Cardiovascular Service Line joined Get with the Guidelines (GWTG) Heart Failure to improve our heart failure patient care pathway.
GWTG is a proven, in-hospital approach for improving care in cardiovascular and stroke areas. It promotes consistent adherence to the latest research-driven guidelines and provides data and information to professionals for continual improvement in patient care.
