To provide quicker and more efficient service when technical issues arise, physicians, NPs and PAs can now contact the Help Desk at 503-814-3742 (4-EPIC) for expedited assistance. If that agent is unable to readily resolve the issue during business hours, you will be transferred directly to an informaticist. If you prefer to speak with an informaticist instead of the Help Desk, you can arrange an informaticist call back during the call to “4-EPIC.”
