Former Salem Outpatient Surgery Center re-opens to meet growth

Starting tomorrow, Nov. 6, outpatient procedures — primarily orthopedic — begin in Building S, formerly known as Salem Outpatient Surgery Center.

Reactivating this space is an important milestone to increase capacity and access to care. We want to thank those who were part of this work. As our community grows, so does the need for health care. We are aware that, even with the opening of Building S, demand for operating room space exceeds current capacity. We will continue to seek opportunities for improved capacity in this area.

Where is Building S and how do you get there?

Conveniently located at 700 Bellevue St. SE, Salem, OR 97301, a stone's throw away from Salem Hospital, this is an exciting addition to our campus. While it's very visible on the corner, getting there can be confusing. We've fixed that — see our driving directions and parking video below.
