The fifth annual Salem Health Diabetes Symposium for Primary Care will be held at the Oregon Garden Resort in Silverton on Oct. 11, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The symposium will have presentations on prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, advancing therapy, plus bariatric surgery for patients with diabetes.
