After 12 years of serving the greater Salem community, Dr. Roseborough has sold his practice Advanced Vascular Therapy LLC, effective April 30 to Salem Health. In anticipation of this sale, Dr. Roseborough and Salem Health have worked together to transfer patients to Salem Health.
Salem Health will care for former AVT patients in the following four areas:
The planning between AVT and Salem Health will ensure a smooth transfer of patients to four of Salem Health’s service lines so that our patients will not experience gaps in care.
If you have patients that had upcoming appointments scheduled with AVT, rest assured, they will be proactively contacted to reschedule with a Salem Health provider.
