Free "Family Day at the Carousel" brings fun and education
The community is invited to attend “Family Day at the Carousel” that includes free carousel rides and a fun-filled educational health exhibition at Salem Riverfront Park on Saturday, June 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Hosted by Willamette Health Partners, “Family Day at the Carousel” provides an opportunity for children and their families to enjoy carousel rides while learning about healthy living.
Willamette Health Partners entities will provide tips on improving family wellness. The Salem Health Community Health Education Center will offer information on the 5210 youth program.
“This event offers a great way to start the summer off with the family,” says Lisa Lewis, manager, Willamette Health Partners. “This will be a fun and educational experience for all ages and an opportunity to meet some great health professionals.”
