Effective Thursday, March 19, many Salem Health outpatient services (clinics) will be moving to video visits. In addition, to reduce the spread of COVID-19, this move is part of our effort to conserve masks, gloves, and other protective equipment for use with patients who must be seen in person.

If you already have an appointment, clinic staff will contact you to reschedule to a video visit. If you are unable to do a video visit, the clinic may offer you other options.

We realize this is a major departure from the way we normally care for you. It’s also a really big change occurring literally overnight for our staff, and we know this transition will not be perfect. We ask for your patience and understanding during this extraordinary period of change.
