The West Valley Hospital Foundation’s 12th annual Moonlight and Vines Gala, held on August 19 at BeckenRidge Vineyard in Dallas, netted a record $39,600.

The West Valley Hospital Foundation’s 12th annual Moonlight and Vines Gala, held on August 19 at BeckenRidge Vineyard in Dallas, netted a record $39,600.

Proceeds raised from the event, which included dinner and a silent auction, will be used to support scholarships for students pursuing healthcare careers, as well as for services at West Valley Hospital such as the Connections Van that provides rides to and from the hospital for patients in need of transportation.

"It's wonderful that so many people support this event which helps keep our local community hospital strong,” said Foundation board and gala chair, Carrie Casebeer.

The event’s title sponsor was Spirit Mountain Casino, and Gold sponsors were Capitol Auto Group, CB|Two Architects, and Meduri Farms.

The Foundation’s 15 volunteer directors help raise funds and manage the resources of the Foundation, while carefully distributing funds according to the wishes of those who have generously given.
