Salem Health is a 2019 Top Workplace.

The Oregonian/OregonLive recognized Salem Health as a Top Workplace in Oregon and southwest Washington for the fourth time out of the seven years it has given the award. The region's Top Workplace rankings were determined using employee surveys.

The survey asked about concrete facts like pay and benefits, but also about company values, leadership and culture.
