Salem Health first received the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™ for certification in joint replacements in 2012, before receiving it again in 2014, 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2022. 

Once earned, certification proves a commitment to excellence in providing quality care, so you enjoy the best joint replacement experience. To maintain certification, a program review is conducted every two years. The next review is scheduled for 2026.
