The employee IDEAL Advisory Council is comprised of more than 30 employees in our organization who meet monthly. We have representation from various parts of our organization, clinical and non-clinical, and these important council members help in shaping our cultural around diversity, equity and inclusion. The organization's IDEAL administrative team is comprised of a Director of IDEAL, Clinical Director of IDEAL and our IDEAL Administrator.
