Salem Health Projects Committee Scholarship
Each year, the Salem Health Volunteer Department's projects committee awards scholarships to full- and part-time students studying in medical and medically related professions. The Projects Committee Scholarship was formerly known as the Auxiliary Scholarship.
Applicants must have a permanent residence in Marion, Polk or Yamhill county and/or be a Salem Health employee, a spouse or a child of a Salem Health employee, or be a high school volunteer at Salem Health with a minimum of 40 hours accumulated before Jan. 1, 2017. At the time of application, students must be accepted into, or have applied to, a medically-related program. Students completing prerequisites for a medically-related program are eligible to apply.
NOTE: Graduate students are no longer eligible to apply for the Projects Committee Scholarship, but are encouraged to apply for the Salem Health Foundation Scholarship when it opens. Please see the Foundation Scholarship page for more information.
